Job Description
Birch Tree Care is looking for a leader who can strategically and exponentially grow the business from the $1.8M business it is today. This growth must be in line with our mission of “growing and developing our team to win.” The CEO of Birch Tree Care will be responsible for leading the entire business, including Strategic Planning, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Financial Management, Human Resource Management and Administrative Management.
The Birch Tree Care CEO will be assessed on top line and bottom line (profitability) growth. A compensation plan will be given that aggressively incentivizes those things.
Qualifications
The Birch Tree Care CEO must have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a tree care business and must be highly competent at sales and/or production. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a degree or advanced certification through ISA, or another professional association in the green industry.
